Computer Geeks .com I purchased a UPS from them and it did not work right out of the box. I have emailed several times to obtain a RMA # and have called (phone busy or not open) 2 times. I have not received any response from them and am beginning to expect none. I have been a customer for several years and this is the first time I received a defective product. I will no longer be doing business with them.
