This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. I placed an order early in October and became concerned after three weeks when the product didn't arrive. I called the company and they told me that I had been declined because my credit card did not have the same billing address as the shipping. Now, the GPS system I wanted to purchase was a gift for a friend's birthday. Needless to say my friend did not receive the gift he wanted. ComputerHQ could have easily contacted me to say that they can't ship outside of the billing address but instead they emailed me an order confirmation and let me just wait to find out that they couldn't ship it. And when I called them they kept transfering me without letting me know that I would be transfered leaving me to tell my story over about 6 times. Finally I canceled the order all together and bought from buydig.com (I'll let you know how that order turns out).
