I ordered a Wacom Graphics Tablet from them. My order information was updated on the site 3 days later and said that:

-- The order has been received
-- A Packing slip has been issued
-- The order has been dispatched
-- Payment has been received

However, 3 weeks later, there is still no indication as to whether the item has shipped. I e-mailed them twice over the past week with no response. There is no way to cancel an order on their site. I will shortly be contacting my bank to dispute the charges.
