I am VERY disappointed, considering the other good comments about this company! I ordered a D-link 900AP+ on 9/14/02 that was in stock. On 9/16 they call me to say it is back-ordered until 9/23 and if this was OK, I said yes I would wait a week. I then checked the site and called them on 9/20 and find out the date is really 9/30 and that they had ALREADY charged my credit card for the shipment. I immediately cancelled the order and insisted on an immediate refund for items I NEVER received. Any place that charges for the order BEFORE it ships, is NOT one I want to deal with!

The saga continues 9/28/02, 4 phone calls and 2 unanswered emails later and I at least have the refund for the item amount but I am still short the refund for shipping on an order that was back-ordered, never shipped! Unbelievablely bad!
