I ordered the MMX Universal adapter (CM175-UNIV) from them and did not receive it for more than two weeks. When I contacted them seeking an explanation for the delay, none was offered. The e-mail responses consisted of one line that ignored most of my questions. My multiple requests for a shipment tracking number were ignored as well. My receipt stated that my order was to be shipped via UPS Ground but I received it via USPS Priority Mail, which is only supposed to take 2-3 days. In addition, they charged $12.42 for shipping!
Once I received the adapter, the assembly and installation went well in accord with the provided instructions. It worked fine for two days. Now I cannot boot my machine. I would like to send an e-mail to Concept Mfg. asking for assistance but their website no longer appears to be functioning.
In summary, my experience with Concept Manufacturing was a huge disappointment.
