We found Concord Pacific Group Inc build very poor quality of construction and misinform homeowner about customer service. During warranty period we had found lots of construction code violations. Every time company management state they missed things during construction. We do understand nobody is perfect but dealing with Concord Pacific Group was a hell of the time. Even after two consultants verified warranty problems Concord Pacific refused to correct the problems as they couldn't locate the source of the problems. The problem which was denied end up with repair invoices over $2000.00
Cheating the homeowner of reasonable service came from head office of this company.
Knowing about problems existence company head office tried to wash their hands away.
They did not care about homeowner suffering, stress they putting homeowner threw.
Company cannot be trusted.
