This is the second time I have had problems with Condo boards.
First Condo the Board would no supply financials and documents for a sale of a condo. Sale fell through.

Second Board had to finally do something about a drug problem in complex only after I had gone to police, health board, city aldeman, MP they finally did something after I sought legal action. The Board since then has been harrasing me - not cashing my condo fee cheques -putting a lein on my unit-The worst my dog (who has been here for two years) the board fined me for not having my dog on a leash - I provided them with my vets letter stating she had terminal cancer and could not war a leash (cancer in her neck) they continue to fine me.

There is no protection by Condo owners against Board members to determine they are the sole management of complexes and personal adjenda come into plan. Any one else have a horror story?
