Good equitpment. Clean.
However. Not to supportive and encouraging staff. At first when you join they treat you like you are a valued client then that slowly fades away. They didnt really seem very enthusiastic on the one on one meetings. They do not seem like they genuienly care about clients.
I was appalled to find i had to "cancell" my membership, even though it had already expired as stated on my contract. They do not warn you off this, they never will. They will continue to take money out of your account even if your membership is over because you need to "cancel". Ridiculous. Now im left with $100 and something to pay just to "cancel" my account, which already CLOSED a MONTH AGO. This is appalling. It is once again obvious they care about their clients wallets more than their actuall clients.
Will not reccomend them to anyone.
