Went into store on Sunday and looked at a refigerator (model FF1009PS) Price 399.00 + tax. Was told they had 1 in the store warehouse. called on Monday 12/14/09 and wanted to give them a credit card to purchase, was told they could not write it up, put would place my name on it for hold. Told them I would pick it up on Tuesday. Went there on Tuesday and after waiting 1 hour for them to find, told me it was not there.
I asked them if we could take the one on the floor. Was told they could not sell me that one. (Even went to the management of store) Could not give me a date if we ordered one (maybe 2 weeks ??? or so). Had to borrow a truck, made 2 trips to store and as of today 12/17/09 have not received a call from the store management or sales person.
