We ordered an HP Laser toner that took over a week to get delivered when it was supposed to take 3 days. Then when we received it and placed it in the printer, the cartridge didn't work. We emailed the customer service email several times and never received a response. The phone number was giving an out of service message. This occurred in May and it is now July and we haven't received a replacement.
We believe this must either be a company that is no longer in business or a one man operation. There is no physical address listed for this company.
