Consolidated Gypsum - Canada: This company delivered shingles to our home and in the process damaged our driveway because they put the outrigger too close to the edge of the driveway without any support and broke through. We were not at home at the time and they did not receive a waiver to deliver and come on our property and were not notified what date they would be arriving.

When we contacted them we were put in contact with their insurance company who delayed, avoided and ignored our requests. We also contacted Consolidated directly and they peformed the same as their insurance company.

After three years of trying to have them repair the damage that they readily admitted to doing we gave up and lost the will to fight them. They are a big corporation and there was no way that we would win.
