It is impossible to reach the office of the Consul General of Houston to enquire about any issue!! All the listed phones are constantly off-the hook ( there is no way otherwise it is engaged all the time). Its pathetic that an Indian Citizen cannot reach his own Consul General's office in dire need over phone!!
