On Jan 3,2007 I received your book "Consumer Drug Reference 2007. This book was returned on Feb 3,2007 per the instructions provided. I received the first invoice on June 3,2007. Now I have received another invoice this date, June 29,2007.

How do I go about getting this straightened out ?
There are no telephone numbers on any of the invoices.
