Last November I signed up with Campos Chartered Law Firm for Debt Validation not consolidation of all my credit cards. I was told that they would make each credit card company validate that I did in deed has an account with them. He gave me a big long speech on how the credit card companies lose your original application with your signature so it is sometimes impossible to validate them.

I wanted these bills gone so bad I believed them. I gave them all the information they requested and I never got bothered by the creditors. Maybe a call or two but that was all. Any mail I got form the creditors I sent off to them. Never a problem. I just received one letter from Capital One stating that if I don't pay by 10/31/08 the your seek legal action. I sent this off to the Consumer Protection Law firm last week.

Now I was checking my checking account and I see that the withdrawal was never taken out. I called the Consumer Protection Law Firm phone number and I get this message that they are in receivership. I have a bad feeling that I am screwed. I waited on the line to take to a real person and after 45 minutes I hung up. What can be done they have my money they have all my information and I don't know where I stand with all the creditors.
