Online Customers - Stay Away from Payday Loan...Consumer Financial will illegally take your banking information and use it to charge $149.00 using illegal popup windows that are preset to Y (yes)and will not accept N(no)
I sent them bank statements etc..explaining the illegal charge, illegal screens and I recently received a letter stating they had done nothing wrong. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my banking institution to be on the alert for future unauthorized charges.
