When using my atm, it told me I had non-sufficient funds and that hard to believe since I got paid the day before. When checking my account online I notice Consumer Trust had ACH $149.00 from my checking account. When I called the 800 number, the person I spoke it wasn't helpful (of course). I told her I never heard of them till now and I would never subcribe to a company, that ask you to pay $149.00 to shop with them . She told me that their finance dept didn't have phone (who heard of such a thing), everything is done through mail. As, I proceed to tell that her company is going to cause me non-sufficient fund fees, she told there was nothing she could do. I also want to see this company sued and they should pay me $89.00 for the non-sufficient fee they have caused.

I was looking at some surveys on line and entered my account information. The very next morning i went to my bank to make a deposit and was notified that $149.00 was taken out of my account which made my account to be over withdrawn. I could not figurer out what the service is for. But i am mad.

Consumer Trust Financial drafted 149.00 from my checking account w/o my authorization. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever dealt with them. I did try contacting the 800 number however it was before business hours. After reading complaint about this company I bypassed them completely and spoke directly with my bank who was will to resolve this issue for me. Consumer Trust Financial should be sued. I had never heard of this company until now.
