I would not advise ANYONE to buy from Contagioushair.com. I you value your time and money you will avoid this company and the owner at all costs. First, they do not have a direct phone number- bad sign. I spent $400 on a hair order and included expedited shipping in my order. I kept emailing them at [email protected] and got either no response, or a response 5 days later. I placed the order on 1/17/11 and did not receive a tracking number or anything at all. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. And it is 2/5/11 and I am just now getting my refund!! Tiffany, the owner or whoever, is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and is out to get you for your money. Point blank. She was unapologetic for the way that the transaction was handled and did not care at ALL. Please, if you value your money and time, don't even think to buy from them. I think that indianhair.net is a much better option.
