I went all the way to Fiji on my own for a Contiki tour which was cancelled due to bad weather. I was not informed of this and left stranded at the hotel on my own trying to figure out what to do.

I have since returned to the UK and submitted a complaint which has been completely ignored. I have been chasing for over 3 weeks and every time I call I am told someone will contact me, they do not. There is a customer service team but there is no way of contacting them, apparently they do not give the number out. I am disgusted by the way I have been treated and from what I have experienced it seems like one big scam. They took my money and there was no tour, now I can't get hold of anyone to deal with this.
