*The accomodation was very crowded, for example 3 people to a 2-bed room.

In Florence, I got forced into a trailer and I had NO room to open my suitcase. I had to open and close it outdoors!

*The accomodation was usually a fair way from the city and taxis home were expensive.

*Our bus's toilet was locked and unusable most of the trip. Toilet breaks were up to 3 hours apart. If you had to vomit or had diahrea, TOO BAD!

*The 'Optional Extras' were dishonestly overpriced! Read the restaurant's menu and see for youself! Boooooo

*I got lost once and even the police had NO IDEA how to contact Contiki. We looked on the Contiki website but there is NO emergency phone number available at all.

*I asked my tour manager the next morning 'If I was still lost, would you contact the police or make an attempt to find me?" He said no he wouldn't.

This means if YOU get lost, Contiki DOESN'T CARE!

*We have oftern left people behind, when they didn't turn up at the designated time.
