I had taken Conentak from Cleveland to London and from London to Cleveland ando the way back the saff were hateful and arrogant. spoke to some people and treated others like dirt. I will never fly with this airline again. I ordered a vegetarian meal and there was something meat-like on my salad and the food was horrible! A very bad experience for a very long flight!
