please refer to email 4497028 from my brother suren pattathan. we travelled together from mangalore ixe on 6/14/10 to mumbai to catch continental flight to newark.king fisher fit3146 was delayed and we missed contintal flight from mumbai.ground staff was horrible and would not help us, we had to book flight next day incurring additional expense to pay for luftansa flt to frankfort i believe 412 dollars for me and my wife sunithi bekal and hotel stay at mumbai food and transport expenses.this is not our falt and king fisher should have helped us and since the ticket was purchased from you i am sure youll take resposibility for my loss.iam sure you will have details in your computer i am a one pas plus member and used continental chase card for my air line and hotel payment if you need any more information i will be happy to forward
