Beware of the customer service representatives in special one lady from account services her name is claudia, she is VERY RUDE, and extremely impolite, she try myself with bad words, when you try to explain to her the problems she refuse to listen and said is not her problem. That she is in charge of the account and you have to do what ever she said.
