I have a BMW X5 2007 with RFT Continental 255-50-19. I drive both off and on road. Driving with RFT in not comfortable but I had to live with it. However, I noticed that my tires were wearing and chipping and I only drove 6000km!! Took my car to the dealer. They took photos of the tires and sent it to Germany. Later they told me that they do not know why is this happening?? I went to the dealer several times but they did nothing.
Now I do not want RFT tires but the dealer told me that I can't beacause I will be getting a warning msg on the monitor every time I start my car and I have to delete this msg every time!!!???
I have been owning a BMW since 1985 and this is my 7th one and it is my biggest dissapointment.
I have the RFT broblem and noise in my rear suspension and the dealer can't do any thing.
