I am writing you because all too often I write to complain and not to applaud a company’s services. It is my pleasure to write you regarding my moving coordinator Jackie Montgomery. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jackie throughout my whole move and she was so patient and thoughtful. She is very perceptive to stressful situations, and tried to understand what we were going through. We had quite an ordeal a week ago, when our closing date on our new home was delayed. I had scheduled your movers to come, and had to cancel last minute. A few weeks have gone by now and we have scheduled your movers to come (now that we have our new home's keys in hand!) and I know everything will go smoothly. You are lucky to have Jackie. All customers should be handled the way she does - with patience and understanding.
