There are many other companies you can trust but never trust this company for warranty. They are just in the market to fool people and mint the money. I made several attempts to recover my down payment from continental warranty. I purchased a vehicle auto repair warranty called the freedom plus plan with the understanding I can cancel after 30 days from the contract effective day and no service was preformed I did so as of this writing which is more than 90 days later and several calls and letters I didn't receive my refund but the contract was canceled and the down payment of $550 and the first months payment of $89 was never refunded to me. I always demanded for an explanation but they just avoid me and my phone calls. I have done the biggest mistake in choosing this company, others please beware of them.
