I purchased an extended warranty on an automobile that I later sold. Mid April 2008, I applied for a refund of premiums paid and was told I was due a $700 refund and a check would be mailed the second week of July. It was never received and when I contacted Continental they said it was delayed and would be mailed the second week of August. I just talked with their rude customer service and he said it was not mailed and he could not tell me when it might be mailed. When I asked if I would ever get my money, he said he was not sure. He said I could contact the BBB. I want my money. They have had plenty of time to get it to me but I am helpless...I can reach anyone at Continental that cares or has any information. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
