i made a reservation for me and my two grandsons 6-22-09from kansas city to san diego round trip for aug. 26-09, today learned we can not take this trip. called airlines to cancel and was told could not get a refund on my tickets, i charged them to my credit card . was my understanding i had 24 hours to accept their price, now they are telling me i had 24 hours to cancel trip or their would be no refund, can you do something about this ? i should not have to pay for tickets i know i will not be able to use in a year, i noticed their charges are already on this months charges.my trip wass still almost 7 weeks away !!!
