This is an awful company; do not ever deal with them. They send out products so poorly packaged that they come damaged. They require you to comply with their policy to notify them within 48 hours of the damage and send in pictures. I did this and they agreed that the items were damaged and would replace them but they never did. I called and called and spoke to customer service people over and over. They even said the items were shipped but they never were. Also, they make you fax them a legal document before they ship to you. Read it closely -- you are signing away your rights to fight with them and they know it. These people are not worthy of your business. Stay away from this company.
