I have had Convergia Long Distance (aka Cogniwold) for years and have been happy with them. But over the past two months, they changed their billing to full minute increments from six second increments and my LD charges doubled. They now are refusing to make any adjustments and say they have always billed in full minute increments, though their web site still advertises they bill in six sec. increments, and I have over two years of statements showing I was bill in 6 sec. increments. They are cheats and I am disputing my last two monthly statement charges with my credit card co. I have changed to another LD co.
