I purchased cookie dough through a fundraiser for a school child. The dough was not right and I know because I have purchased in the past and liked it. I returned the dough so they might find the problem. To analyze it I guess. I called back and they said the owner was not in be in at 9. I called back, they said she was on the phone and she would return my call. I called back over an hour later and they said she was out. At that point I got frustrated. I told them I would just like my money back. And wala, the owner was on the phone. Long story short. I returned the dough I want my money back. I would never purchase from them again Now because the owner was very rude and and hung up on me over $25.00. My niece told me this story and I was horrified.
