The customer service is horrible. They say they will call back with information but they never do. They say they will price match but be careful because they will quote you a price to beat that is more than the price they are supposed to be beating (maybe they think I wouldn't check). Stay away.

Cookware.com offered me "free shipping" then shipped the wrong thing, then they charged me a whopping 37% to return it! They claimed 37% was only "the outbound shipping cost" and that they could have charged me return shipping also! What a ripoff!
