Purchased trailer in February 2009. Used it for one week. Noticed skin or paint failure. Took back to Cool Trailers under warranty. Was told damage was done by us, even though the same damage was clearly evident under the PACE label applied by PACE Manufacturing. Cool Trailers and Pace Manufacturing refused to take care of skin or paint failure under warranty. In addition, there was extensive rusting on the trailer frame... not covered under warranty. And finally, the quality of workmanship on this particular trailer was poor at best. When I showed photos of the skin failure, the poor quality of the finished work (huge gapes between roof overhang and side wall) and the rust on the frame to competing cargo trailer retailers to see if this was normal, every one said emphatically "NO!"
