I recently bought a great dane puppy from a lady in texas, i am in idaho, she used this company to ship me the puppy, she paid a 100$ in fees when she first took the puppy to them then then next day they emailed my stating that i need to pay and additional 157.00 to cover feeding, crates and gerneral care for the puppy, a obliged and sent them the money, that was 4 days ago. Today i got an email stating that in order to receive my puppy on time i needed to send them an additonal 315. oo to cover insurance and taxes... What!! Excuse me but usually when u send something u pay for it up front or it comes as a COD, and u know exactly how much it is going to cost.. not every couple of days does a legitiment company contact u askinf for more money, to deliver something.. so now they will not give me the puppy or return it to the original owner until the 315.00 dollars is paid, plus if it is sent back it will be an extra 100$... Im sorry but i feel that this is a scam in order to get more money from the me the customer... and that this is not a legitiment company.. I feel very sad for the puppy i do not know what will happen to it, im assuming that if it is not claimed they will take it to the pound... if anybody knows how to help i would greatly appreciate it..
