I placed an order for a weapons light ($150)on the internet with Copplus. Got my confirmation email and waited a couple days to hit the order status link. Well when I did, I got website unavailable. So I then tried the main website, it too was unavailable. Lucky I found this website and see that Copplus has some issues I was not aware of. So I called customer service, and after checking with the warehouse, the customer service rep tells me he does not know why the item has not shipped and will have to call me back when he figures it out. This is not acceptable, not knowing whats going on after contacting their own warehouse. I told the customer rep that I was concerned because the company website was down as was the links it had sent me. I informed him that I will give it a day or two, otherwise I will call back and cancel my order. I am now waiting to see what happens, but reading this site has me thinking this company is just screwed up and shouldn't be doing business.
