This company is closed. I visited their office today 19.5.11 as I wanted a follow up on the outcome of my interview. There was a notice outside their office stating CLOSED. They don’t exist anymore, so I guess there’s no need to complain. They are finished.

They did the same to me, they lying indian women who promise heaven and earth and do nothing. they dont even answer the phone, and when you go to the office they take you away into a seperate room to talk so that noone else can hear what you have to say.

They charge 300 AED to apparently do up your resume to send to the principles of the companies, but all they do is use the same format foo everyone. And they Just waste your time putting the blame on the companies that they are taking along time to reply. ALL LIES...

THEY ARE PROHIBITED FROM CHARGING THE EMPLOYEE...

After receiving a call from Core Elements, I went along to their offices in Sheikh Zayed Road for an interview. The interview was supposedly "On behalf of the client". I was told that because it is high end consultancy and they place 95% of the candidates the management fee was 300 AED. I paid this, foolishly, only to be kicking myself later. After a few hours of beating myself up I went back to Core Elements and demanded my money back. To my astoundment, they reimbursed me immediately. Whilst I was their there was another grief stricken customer of Core Elements who was trying to get his money back. He was told that Core Elements would update his CV and guaranteed him interviews over the next 3 moths. Nothing was done he told me.
End result; dont put yourself in a position whereby you pay for a job. Its the employers who pay the recruitment companies, not the jobseeker!!!

I was called today that I have been selected for an interview that I had applied from Gulf News. My appointment was immediately fixed for the next day and was told that they would conduct the interview in their client in their office at Crowne Plaza on Shaikh Zayed. Luckily I did not confirm the appointment right away and said I woul check my appointments and call later to fix the right time. When I tried to call later all my calls went unanswered. Out of curiousity I googled the companies name to find out phone numbers that I can reach to but before I could reach the link for the company I came across hundreds of complaint messages written here. I am sure not going for any fake interview. Thank you Dubai for saving my time and money from these fraudsters.

I am a victim of a fake call which was from Core Element, I lost my time and money and I dont want you guys to have the same experience.

let me tell you how they find their easy pray:-

1) they will go the leading Job portal site from there they will get details of candidate who have recent visit to the site.

2) Without knowing your Profile they will just call on your number and ask to come their office, if you ask them for what position they may either tell some fake position or they will just say we have all your details you just need to go to their office.

3) over phone they will not even be ready to discuss anything, if you ask about the payment they will tell there is no fee.

4) Once you go there you will find may people sitting in a room and they will be from different bay ground and having no idea for what position they have called for.

5) After a long waiting their are two ladies whom you will feel they are the best people in the world, they will get details about your profile they after getting an idea about your profile they will create a position which is similar to your exp and they will ask for AED100 or 150 for registration, depends on the person.

this is the way they work, so my advice to my friends is don’t even entertain their calls. they are the real fraud people who are taking advantage of poor people like us…even if you there do not pay anything……… be careful.
