I brought a dress to be hemmed, just bought from the store...When I went to pick it up the dress was all dirty, greased up, with marker's mark on the bottom where it was hemmed...When I confronted them about it they started yelling at me, telling me to leave the store only beacuse I was demanding that they clean up the dress for when I brought it it was in perfect condition..on top of it it had the store tags still on it and she took the tags off, so I have no way of even returning it to a store that values their customers and cares about customer satisfaction..They didnt want to refund me my money, 35$ I paid them to ruin my dress..The dress is veeeery greasy..I went home to try it on hoping that all that grease wouldnt be noticeable but I was wrong...They were extremely rude, the owners wife called me a bitch, she screamed and waved with her hand leave the store now...They ruined my dress and I payed them for it...That place should be shut down, this is America where you dont scream at customers, but try to fix the problem, all I wanted was for them to clean the mess they made, they refused that because I was upset, I shuld have said it in a pleasent voice he said and all I said was Oh my god, my dress is ruined...this is the worst place I have ever stepped foot in, and I have never been mistriated like that before...
