This "service" sends a letter on what looks like stationary from the State of California directing that you must submit a Stmt of Information along with $225 immediately. Unfortunately, it is a complete SCAM. Not only do they not filing any such form, the State of California will penalize you for not sending in the Stmt on time . The form fee is actually only $25 to the State but with the fines can run up to $600 . This, along with the $225 you paid the SCAMMERS. I hope this warning helps others . It would have helped me. BBB has been contacted and surprise, they could not get a hold of the company.
