They charged a 19 year old $445.95 to fix a small break of a 3/4" pvc pipe. They charged $150 to show up and another $295.95 to fix it. When I spoke to the manager he said he was ok with this because the kid approved it and he is an adult. He also said there is nothing I can do about it. I can at least make other people aware of their pricing. Unfortunately, the California Licensing Board that his license is under does not regulate prices and suggests getting at least 3 bids. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
