This internet-based company sells cell phones and Nextel-Sprint plans and is located in IL.

They offered a $100. per phone rebate, I ordered 2 phones. I specifically asked the sales person (Janet) if there was a waiting period to send the rebate form & upc's in, and she said "no, send them in right away". I send the forms in, and got a response that I forfeited my rebate by mailing the forms before the 6-month waiting period.

I would have never paid their high prices for these phones if there was no rebate offered. I complained to the IL Consumer Affairs, attorney general, but they were unable to resolve it. I would like to inform other consumers that they reneg on their rebate offers, before they get taken by them too.
