I completed my 1 year gym membership with them and then decided I no wanted to be a member. However, I have it set up via automated debit from my checking account. In order to stop payment, they wanted me to complete a form and certify mail it to CCD billing in Mobile, AL. At which point I did and also received the certified mail receipt. Unfortunately, the debits have NOT stopped. This is ridiculous! Any other place, you can just go and tell them that you want debits to stop and it is done without a problem, but not Cory Everson’s. They are cheating me out of my money and I am MAD. I went onto your complaint board and it looks like another lady has had the same problem, which went on for over a year. I have a lawyer on the case. I expect ALL of my money back that they are overcharging for and for my debits to STOP.
