I have bought some stuff from a seller her user name is cosmetics4all her name is lisa marco she has a so called business partner named Michelle Hamilton. You buy the porduct send the money. Thank got I paid with paypal. Then the lady lied saying she would send my items and never did. I see her always online she never responds. So I did the dispute through paypal and through ioffer. Which that website SUCKS ASS. There is no damn number where you can reach anyone which I thing is BS. But yea ANYONE OUT THERE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM IOFFER THERE IS JUST A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU ANYTHING. I really dont they shut down. oh yea they have a business named Cosmetic Superstore it is out of UK or Canada. Dont buy from them they are both LIERS and Scammers.
