I called these guys to ship my car cross country. The ended up telling me that they did no guarantee pickup. I had to give them a 7 day window. So it could be the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. When I tried to cancel they told me they were going to charge me $50. Why???? They replied, because we did our part.. What part, they did nothing. Don't use these guys, they can't even guarantee a pick up date.
