We, at Cosmotec College, subscribe to the German dual training system (DTS) of learning. Thus, while we teach our students in the classroom the basic theoretical foundations of each course, our main instructional approach is more geared towards actual, hands-on learning in the workplace that allows students to master employable skills and perform relevant jobs that are required by the BPO and related industries. This way, the mismatch between the acquired academic knowledge and industry requirements is avoided. Cosmotec College has its own call center and BPO company, the Cosmotec Contact Centre located in Quezon City, which serves as the "learning laboratory" of Cosmotec students who cannot complete their course without the required number of hours of actual and monitored work in the call center/BPO setting. This provides Cosmotec students real experience and exposure to call center programs and campaigns run by existing BPO clients from the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other Asian countries. Scholarships and Opportunities to Earn While Learning Cosmotec College has developed industry partnerships that provide various scholarship/sponsorship programs and on-the-job training (OJT) opportunities for its students.
