Employees of Cosmotec Contact Centre, owned by Dr. Patrick Alain Azanza, were forced to resign without being paid of their salary. The employees does not receive full regular pay. They are even deducted of statutory (sss, pag-ibig, philhealth) but no actual contributions were made. Dr Patrick Alain Azanza, CEO & Owner, did not pay his top management 1.5 m0nth salary, which gave them reason to leave. After which he forced his agents & supervisors to resign as well without commitment to pay whats due to them
