I received a computor as a gift for Christmas and when I opened it,
the keyboard and mouse was not inside I tried to call customer service and they gave me the run around and each they tried to transfer me the telephone just hung up. After trying many times, I became very frusterated and just gave up. I found this website and decided to try one more time to get a satisfactory answer. The computor is a ZT desktop.
