I recently bought a halloween costume from Costumes, Inc. It was too big and I returned it for a smaller size, got the ticket number they requested I have for returns, and sent it UPS (at my expense) as instructed on their website. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasios regarding the item and the message you get is that a message saying that I already have a ticket number open. No phone number for this company, no one answers your emails, NOTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They need to be put out of business for bad buisiness practices!
