Stain safe

Filed a claim was not told i had 30 days to summit receipt.It would not go through kept trying to fax.Called them again and they said we still did not get receipt still was not told i had 30 days.Finally fax went though so i called to make sure they had it.The rep told me is was to late and they closed it.She was very rude to me.They are rude with poor costumer service very dissatisfied.

wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong

I purchased three couches and a dining room table and chairs. The chairs arrived they are beautiful. the first couch arrived it was not the same as the floor model (significantly different seating cushion) I called and told them they said there would be a 30 percent restocking fee on the couch and the other two that I had not rec. yet .

Not wanting to dump the 30 percent, I told them to deliver the rest, they scheduled a date then and failed to deliver on that date I had taken the afternoon off from work. The "supervisor" was a witch and rudely told me I made a mistake and that the delivery would come the following day. It never came when I called again, they said that I had cancelled the delivery and stated I was going to need to re schedule the delivery and pay for a new delivery fee.

Finally I spoke with another "supervisor" and she waived the fee, but only after I had taken a total of 10 hrs off from work to rec. the couches. I have yet to rec. them, only time will tell.
