The Council for Medical Schemes is supposed to support the customer with complaints regarding Medical Aids, but they themselves are as bad as the Medical Aids. They have a clearly defined timeframe for dealing with complaints highlighted on their website and they get nowhere close to acheiving them. I submitted my complaint about Discovery to them, in November 2010. I, to this day, have not had so much as an email response from them. Ihave logged in, found you, and written this complaint while I have been holding on the phone to them... clearly no one of any competance or importance works there, considering this is exactly where all our tax money is going. How do you complain against a complaints department... who really do you go to next... this is so frustrating.
