I took an evening dress to get it clean at Country Cleaners Which is located on Bissonnet and when I got it back it was all ruined. they put foil to cover the rhinestones that the dress had and the fabric was very thin so the foil got stuck on the dress and the thread came out. I took it back to see if they could fix it. The lady said that she was going to send it back, next day she call me saying the dress was ready for me to pick it up. To my surprise she didn't do anything to the dress. She said that it was not her fault that the dress got damage and therefore she was not going to take responsibility. All I can say to this people is that if we didn't care for our stuff to get damage we could just easily wash it ourselves but because we care that's why we take it to a professional place, thinking that they know what they're doing . To every one that is reading this complaint please do some research before you take your clothes to a dry cleaners or cleaners or laundry place because any damage they do to it they wont take any responsibility.
