I purchased a scooter from Countymotorsports in May of 2008, and have received nothing but nothing from them. I paid for additional insurance for delivery and they would not honor the cosmetic damage. After 500 miles, the exhaust gasket blew out and they have not responded to my requests for warranty coverage. The factory had miswelded the tailpipe connectorl and installed a makeshift gasket. I have requested a replacement tailpipe with properly welded fitting and a replacement gasket. No response. Never an answer to any e-mail request. You only get an automated response saying they will return an e-mail when they get to it. Never happens. I have requested numerous answers and have not received any response. Not a company to buy from.
